1. General Policy: All Sales are Final
Due to the high computational costs of AI generation and processing, all sales are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this policy or as required by applicable law. We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used billing periods, unused subscription time, or unused credits.
2. Subscriptions and Cancellations
2.1 Automatic Renewals
If you purchase a recurring subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until you cancel.
2.2 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the BeePOP platform.
California Residents: In compliance with California's Automatic Renewal Law (ARL), you can easily cancel your subscription online at any time without having to contact support. Simply navigate to your account billing settings to cancel.
2.3 Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle, but you will retain full access to the Services and any allocated credits until the cycle ends.
3. Credits
Credits purchased or allocated as part of a subscription have no cash value.
Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Expiration rules for credits depend on your specific plan and are clearly stated at the time of purchase.
4. Exceptions and Case-by-Case Refunds
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund, discount, or credit in the following exceptional circumstances:
Major Technical Failures: If the Services are completely unavailable or severely degraded for an extended period preventing you from using your purchased plan.
Accidental Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error on our end.
If you believe you qualify for an exception, you must contact us within 7 days of the charge. We will evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis.
5. Disputed Charges (Chargebacks)
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute a payment with your bank or credit card company without a valid legal basis, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your BeePOP account. Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues.

Due to the immediate access to digital content and the high computing resources required for AI image generation, all sales are final and non-refundable, except as expressly set forth in this Policy or as required by applicable law.
2. Subscription Cancellations
If you purchase a recurring subscription, you agree to automatic billing at the applicable interval (e.g., monthly or annually).
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. In compliance with California law, we provide a simple, online "click-to-cancel" mechanism without requiring you to jump through hoops.

No Pro-Rated Refunds: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused time in a billing cycle.
3. Credits and Usage-Based Plans
One-Time Purchases: Any purchases of stand-alone credits, top-ups, or usage-based bundles are non-refundable once the credits have been allocated to your account.
Expiration: Unused credits may expire as detailed in your specific plan terms. Expired credits are not eligible for refunds.
4. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or account credit in the following limited circumstances:
Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error on our part.
Major Technical Failures: If a widespread system outage or major bug prevents you from using the Services you paid for, and we are unable to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
