To better understand your needs and continuously improve the BeePOP experience, we’ve added several ways for you to share feedback.
You can report product issues, suggest new features, contact our team directly, or rate individual generation results.
Way 1. Contact Us in the Product
In the BeePOP app (https://app.beepop.ai/), click the Help icon (?) to open the Help Center.
From there, you can:
- Send an email: Click Send an email to contact us at hello@beepop.ai with your questions or suggestions.
- Schedule a call: Click Schedule a Call to choose a convenient time to speak directly with the BeePOP team.
- View the FAQ: Open the FAQ to quickly find answers to common questions.
Way 2. Submit Feature Requests
If you’d like BeePOP to add a new feature or improve an existing one, you can submit a feature request directly.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Feature Requests.
- Complete the feedback form and submit your request.

Way 3. Rate Generation Results
You can also give feedback directly on each generated result.
- Click 👍 if the result meets your expectations.
- Click 👎 if the result needs improvement.
After clicking 👎, you can optionally select an issue type and add more details before clicking Submit.
Helpful feedback may include:
- The generated result does not match the instruction.
- The image content, composition, or text is incorrect.
- The result quality does not meet expectations.
- The generation failed or the page behaved unexpectedly.
The issue type and additional comments are optional, but more specific feedback helps us better understand what needs to be improved.
