This Privacy Policy explains how Beeintel Inc. ("Beeintel," "we," "us," or "our"), the company behind BeePOP AI, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you access or use BeePOP AI, the website at beepop.ai, and related websites, applications, features, and services (collectively, the "Services").

Beeintel Inc. has its registered address at 8 The Green STE A, Dover, DE 19901, United States.

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Account and contact information, such as your name, email address, login credentials or authentication identifiers, profile information, and organization details.
  • Prompts and other content, including text prompts, reference images, uploaded files, generated images, edits, metadata, settings, and other material you submit to or create through the Services (collectively, "Content").
  • Transaction information, such as your selected plan, subscription status, order or invoice identifiers, and payment history. Payment card information is generally collected and processed by our payment providers rather than stored directly by Beeintel.
  • Communications and support information, including feedback, survey responses, and information you provide when you contact us.

Please do not submit personal or confidential information in a prompt or upload unless you have a lawful basis and all permissions needed to do so.

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect information about your device and activity, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, pages or features viewed, dates and times of access, referring pages, diagnostics, and interactions with the Services.

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the Services working, remember preferences, understand usage, protect against fraud, and measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may affect the Services.

1.3 Information from other sources

We may receive information from authentication providers, payment processors, analytics and security providers, business partners, publicly available sources, and other third parties, consistent with their own privacy policies and applicable law.

2. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services;
  • create and administer accounts, process transactions, and provide customer support;
  • process prompts, uploads, and other Content to generate, store, display, edit, and deliver requested results;
  • monitor performance, diagnose errors, and develop new features and products;
  • detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, violations of our Terms of Service, and other harmful or unlawful activity;
  • communicate with you about the Services, including service notices, security updates, billing matters, and support requests;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
  • protect the rights, property, safety, and security of Beeintel, our users, and others.

Depending on the plan, workspace, feature, and settings you use, we may use Content and related metadata for safety review, troubleshooting, quality assurance, evaluation, and improvement of the Services, including our generative AI systems. If a BeePOP plan or setting expressly states that Content is not used for model training or service improvement, that control will govern future use for those purposes, subject to limited exceptions needed for security, abuse prevention, support, legal compliance, and the operation of the Services.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, research, and service improvement. We will not attempt to re-identify de-identified information except where permitted by law.

3. How we disclose information

We may disclose information:

  • to vendors and service providers that help us operate the Services, such as hosting and storage providers, payment processors, customer-support providers, analytics providers, security and fraud-prevention providers, content-moderation providers, and AI infrastructure or model providers;
  • to professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and similar parties that need the information to provide services to us;
  • when you direct us to disclose it or otherwise consent;
  • in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or other business transaction;
  • when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Beeintel, our users, or others; and
  • in aggregated or de-identified form that does not reasonably identify you.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may share information with service providers as described above and as permitted by applicable law.

4. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the feature you use.

When you delete Content or close your account, copies may remain for a limited period in backups, logs, or records where necessary for security, legal, or legitimate business purposes. We may retain information that is reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect our rights.

5. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, or to request restriction or objection to certain processing. You may also be able to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent and opt out of certain marketing communications.

6. International transfers

Beeintel is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers and process information in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

7. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please email support@beepop.ai so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Policy and revise the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights or how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after an updated Policy takes effect means that you acknowledge the update.
